My experience at Hotel Casa Cuenca was outstanding from the very beginning. The atmosphere of the hotel conveys comfort and tranquility, and it’s clear that the staff takes great care in keeping everything clean and well maintained. The rooms are in excellent condition and include air conditioning, a TV, private bathroom, safe, and minibar, along with thoughtful touches that make the stay even more comfortable. The service provided by the staff is exceptional. Everyone is attentive and ready to help whenever needed. I want to highlight Alejandro, the receptionist, who treated me exceptionally well—he was kind, professional, and always willing to guide me and answer my questions, which made my stay even better. Breakfast is delicious, offers good variety, and is served in a calm setting. Additional perks, such as the complimentary drinks, are a big plus. Another strong point is the hotel’s location, which provides easy access to the main attractions in the area. As for the price, the value for money is excellent, making it a great choice for both business travelers and those looking to relax without complications. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Hotel Casa Cuenca. It is a charming place with service that truly makes a difference and leaves you wanting to return.

We stayed here 2 nights during NYE. The rooms are comfortable and stylishly appointed. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast and the staff is quietly friendly. A great location for walking too!

I’d totally come back here. I loved the customer service the staff was super attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. When I walked into the room, I loved the decoration and everything was really clean. I totally recommend this hotel

This was the most beautiful, special stay. We were here for 8 nights and my husband and I not only felt incredibly safe (of course, a super safe area) but we felt secluded enough to feel like the whole place was our little oasis. I will dream of my little cappuccinos and fresh grapefruit juice each morning forever.

The most incredible hotel. The room was more like a studio apartment without a kitchen. It boasts beautiful high ceilings with really stunning design and furniture. All the toiletries smell incredible. The staff are also very friendly and took care of us well. The breakfast available was really great. The bed was very comfortable and clean linen and towels was provided everyday. The only flaws was our room was above the restaurant so the music would start at 7 am and although it didn’t bother us much since we were up early this might concern some people. All in all we were so amazed by the hotel and would definitely book it again. It’s location is so perfect too.

We loved our stay here. Our room was one of the smaller ones but really well designed and always very clean. The breakfast has been improved since some of these reviews - it’s now a full menu at the attached restaurant, Maleza. It’s delicious and the main waiter, Israel, is very kind.

my husband and I stayed for 4 nights in July. Initially we had room 9 at the back of the property which was a bit damp and dim. i mentioned this to the front desk and they changed us right away into room 4 which was a great improvement. lots of light, airy, tall ceilings, big comfortable bed. the breakfast was notably delicious and was the perfect way to start our days in this quiet and beautiful neighborhood. overall we thought Casa Cuenca was a great value for money.
